We had a great time! The pool was clean and refreshing, the breakfast had a ton of options including crispy bacon, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel had a nice, clean room with comfortable beds and a warm pool that the kids enjoyed. However, the noise from the A/C was disruptive, and the broken elevator was really inconvenient. A little more attention to cleanliness and maintenance could greatly improve the experience.

Had a great time with friends! The hotel was conveniently located near Macomb Music Theatre and Troy Historic Village. We loved the clean, spacious rooms and enjoyed a delicious breakfast, especially the crispy bacon. Free parking was a nice bonus – would definitely recommend staying here.

The only downside was the shampoo and soap setup in the shower. I prefer individual bottles instead of the big ones attached to the wall.

I stayed one night in the King Suite Spa Bath. 🛁 The jacuzzi was a fantastic way to unwind after a long drive! Just wish the air conditioner was more reliable. Overall, a decent stay!

Just a good match for a hurried visit in Utica with very good value for money. The friendly staff really helped me with directions to a nearby restaurant I wanted to try. Check out the local eateries for a nice dinner.

Now, hold up—when we checked in, the front desk totally dropped the ball on our pet situation, saying we had to wait for a refund in the morning. That was a hassle with my disabled veteran husband in tow! Can't say I’ll be rushing back anytime soon.
